I chose Q Magazine to use as my style model as I like the organised layout and colour scheme. I plan on using the large letter, placed behind the text and the quotation/ subheadings on my magazine; I will also incorporate a large image on the other side of my feature. I will stick to using two main colours and also use black, this creates a house brand for my magazine and allows this page to look more professional. I will use the same columned layout for the main story text and use the large letter for the start of a new paragraph.
This relates to my [Q1] evaluation, as it is clear to see the conventions I have lifted from Q and went against.
