My Evaluation

I like the layout of my front cover and the way that the different font types compliment each other; I think it makes the page look more organised and professional. I am happy with the way that the colour scheme came together, the use of three colours allows my front cover to appear more professional and applies to both male and female. The image I used presents the band in he way that I wanted it to, the invitational facial expression of my female model shows the genre of the magazine and draws in the audience. I also like the editing skills that I used for this image. By changing the colour of the model's hair and dulling the background, it has made the image more bright and enhaced the model's in the image. I like the use of the band names along the bottom of my page and the banner at the top, these two features compliment each other and make the magazine seem more organised. I have used different effects on text to highlight it against the background of the image, this makes it readable and more noticeable to the audience.
Overall, I am very happy with my front cover and have achieved what I wanted to.
